Our church, Highland Christian Fellowship, is currently in process of selecting deacons. So this teaching on deacons is somewhat of a family discussion. We are a fairly new church and have recently developed a process for selecting deacons as a congregation with the leadership of elders. You may find it helpful to see how we are doing this.
